Oud Silk Mood Perfume by Maison Francis Kurkdjian, Launched in 2013, Oud Silk Mood is an intoxicating unisex fragrance. Top notes of bergamot, Bulgarian rose and Moroccan blue chamomile first hit the nose, providing a sweet, citrusy and fresh aroma. These immediate scents are followed closely with notes of guaiac wood and hedione. Finishing notes of Laotian oud and papyrus provide a tantalizing foundation to this fragrance. Even though this perfume is fresh and memorable, it isn’t overwhelming. On the contrary, this fragrance makes a remarkable, lasting impression. Maison Francis Kurkdjian started in 2009 with the collaboration of perfumer Francis Kurkdjian and fashion-house creator Marc Chaya. Together, the two have created a lifestyle brand built around wearable fragrances that are a festival for the nose. This fragrance comes in a dutiful bottle, feature gold accents and black branding.
